Hmmm lets review that " Make Money On Youtube " wait what....you mean there's a way to make money online by recording myself have tea with my cat fluffy? Well not exactly...but your close.  Let me explain.

Youtube is the site people go to everyday to watch hundreds on nonsense videos about nothing ( No i'm not dissing I do it too) but how do people manage to make money with youtube when most of these people are randomly throwing out videos about fluffy or about which backstreet boy was in the closet? Youtube has a partnership program where they advertise on your page and YOU get paid every time someone clicks on an ad, exactly like a blog does but with youtube people are getting a much more attractive view of you.

Not just being la-di-da and posting videos about fluffy ( Whats with this guy and fluffy) is enough though. Youtube is all about gaining attention, and becoming popular and if you are going to be making money on youtube you need to get attention LOTS OF IT. So I made a list of some things you can try.

10 Great Ways To Make Money With Youtube

1. Start a Talk Show
2. Follow your Life (Assuming you do something interesting)
3.  Make your own music video ( You laugh but look at Rebecca Black...need i say more)
4. Be an online Reporter and expose things the news wont.
5. Comedy Skits 
6. Song Parodies (there all the rage!)
7. Break a world record  ( I'd watch it!)
8. Make spiteful rants  ( 4 some reason even though we hate these people on youtube, we make em famous)
9. Showcase your talents -- sing, dance, juggle ( is that considered a talent still?)
10. Create a Blog!  I'm shy, but people love blogs on youtube

Now this isn't everything but it's a good start. Once you do don't forget its all about POPULARITY. Get famous and you can expect people to be knocking on your door asking you to do interviews, advertise for them, make appearances the list goes on thats how your going to make money with youtube and get famous at the same time Rebecca Black style.


 The Good:  If your creative you'll have no problem getting some popularity. Its all about being unique and finding what attracts people. It may take a while but before you know it you'll be like all the youtube stars out there making money with youtube. ( Shout out to Justin Bieber)

The Bad: To make money from youtube you need to be able to advertise yourself well. It can be frustrating if you don't get any views, I know I've been there but some of my closest friends have videos with thousands of views so don't despair!

What would do for 5 dollars? No nothing like that. Fiverr is a site where you can literally do just about anything for 5 dollars. You offer it up and if people like it, they pay you! Some people make really good money on it and honestly they don't do much (ex: Crazy Rant Guy? Why did anyone pay him 5 bucks to yell at you, yet it seems he got over 30 people to do it....)

The Good: Everyone has a talent, all you gotta do if see if people will buy it!


The Bad: You could wind up posting something and never getting anything, but again all depends on what you can do.

Still interested?  The Good: TrialJuries.com is easy to sign up with. You sign up once, and if there are any mock juries in your area they will email you directly to participate. Each trial jury payed around $30, and last about an hour (30/hr pretty good if you ask me). Its a pretty easy way to make some quick moola.

okay now The Bad: TrialJuries is a great way to make money online, BUT it could take awhile to get called depending on your area. Since they message you depending on your area if you live in a desolate area...don't expect to get called to often, but hey if your living in Manhattan and San Diego, I wouldn't worry to much.

Okay with all the money making buzz out there its kinda hard to differentiate whats real from scams. So after hearing about  Amazon Mechanical Turk  I decided to check it out for myself. It can be really hard to figure out how to make money online especially when your friend next to you is yelling SCAM SCAM SCAM constantly. So I decided to look into it myself and find out what it was. To my astonishment i made about 200 bucks in a few months! pretty crafty eh?  Now in no way am i trying to advertise them, because I'd tell you down right if I thought it was a joke.  I actually managed to make some decent cash on it and I barely did much.

So how does it work?

Its easy, basically you sign up to be a mturker (As me and my friends call it). Then you click "HITs" find out which ones you like and do the task assigned. The tasks range from filling out a survey for 10 min to writing a 500 word paper to translating a sentence into french. Each pay something different. The lowest I've been payed was 10 cents, and the highest was 7 dollars for one HIT.  They all vary, but its based on what you can do. So long story short, I told all my friends and now they do it like crazy ( minus the friend who yells SCAM SCAM SCAM at everything) and its pretty satisfying.

Getting yo Monay:

To actually get paid you can route the money directly into your bank account or use it on an amazon gift card, but you need to make at least 10 dollars to do a transaction, which if you're like me, was pretty easy!

The Good:  If your patient, this is the best way to make money without ever leaving your home. If your diligent you can wind up making anywhere from 10 an hour to 30 an hour to who knows...the sky's the limit!

The Bad:  Sometimes there are those who post tricky ads stating the best way to make money is by doing their HITs.  Be wary of anything paying ten dollars or more, and never give your credit card information or anything personal, but fear not there are bad people in every good business that's how you know its good!

What the hell is Affilate Marketing, and can i really make doe on it?

So apparently there's this new craze going around called "affiliate marketing" where people promote other people's products for a cut aka a "commission". I know what your all thinking, oh 2% or 4% no big deal. No its not like that affiliate marketing associates give up to 75% COMMISSION.

What?!

That's a lot of doe if your selling something that's like $40-$100 bucks each time. What's the catch? Well thats the thing.... there actually is none, the only thing is its super difficult to actually get someone to buy the product. You are given a link (depending on which site you use) that is your direct referral link. Then you gotta go around posting it and getting people to the products. It's a pretty sweet win win situation if your good at it, or have a site with a lot of traffic. Anyway I've been giving it a go to see how it works out. So far I've tried posting on yahoo answers, on other blogs, all over the place and so far nothing. I'ma keep trying and update this post then i'll post my results if there are any, but in the mean time check it out yourself and tell me what you think.
